From the manufacturer

How will you shape your world? Every game you play will change every future game. Your actions -- such as what factions you choose, what rules you break, adding a penalty or benefit to a die roll, and more -- decide how the game evolves

Unlock new rules and watch events unfold as you play more games. No two games will ever be the same.

Players choose 1 of 5 factions.

Choose one of your faction's 2 powers, and affix that power's sticker to their faction card.

You must destroy the card that has the other rule on it; it's removed permanently from the game. Rip it up. Throw it away. Remember, some things done in the game will affect it short term, other things will affect it forever.

The rule book is designed to change as the game continues and includes blank spaces so you can add or change rules. Some rules won't even take effect until later in the game.

Look for sealed packages and compartments, each with a condition for opening through the first 15 games played. These contain additions to the rules, faction powers, and other elements that can't be discussed here. You'll have to play to find out.

The winner of each of the first 15 games gets an advantage providing them with a coveted advantage in future games such as naming a continent or founding a major city.
