With sleek rules, low down-time, gorgeous high-quality components and 30 unique animal Citizens to mix and match in the box, this variable setup board game offers fresh strategies to explore each time you play!

Select and shuffle together 7-10 Citizen decks from the 30 factions in the box. Choose a set matching your preferred play style, hand select your favorites, or pick at random for a truly wild experience!

On your turn, take a group of available Citizens from the ever-changing Assembly in the center. Add these cards to your city tableau, stacking like cards together. The more of a card you have, the stronger its ability becomes.

Activate a card in your city, resolving its ability and gaining rewards. Your opponents with the same type of citizen may choose to follow your move, activating their own matching card. Who will benefit the most from your move?

Cleverly lead your people and follow your opponents actions to earn the most Sparks by the time the deck runs out! Will you lead your city to victory, or ruin?
