Start your turn off simple by returning one of your buses to your lodge. Don’t forget to pick up skiers at that bus stop and take any bonus actions, if any. You put all of your buses out at the start of each season.

Next, play a run card from your hand. Place a matching run tile on the mountain then optionally take the action on the run card. Some of the more powerful cards have conditions based on where your last bus stop or number of resources you have.

During the build action, you can choose to add a building to the village, add a new chairlift to the mountain, or upgrade one of your existing chairlifts for a discount. Buildings and chairlifts all gain victory points at the end of the game.

Lastly, you can choose to open your ski area. Deliver skiers to runs served by your chairlifts, then gain money and/or victory points for each one. After delivering your ski area, you need to pay maintenance fees ($1 per chairlift that you have).
